O GovTech Summit, maior encontro voltado a iniciativas GovTech e de transformação de governos do país, reunirá lideranças nacionais e internacionais para debater a construção de governos mais inteligentes, nos dias 2 e 3 de junho de 2026, no Centro de Eventos da PUCRS, em Porto Alegre/RS. O evento vem se consolidando como uma relevante plataforma de conexão e articulação da agenda de transformação digital no setor público no Brasil. A programação contará com representantes da iniciativa pública e privada de mais de 10 estados brasileiros, como São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Piauí e Rio de Janeiro, além do Distrito Federal.
“Em um contexto em que os governos são chamados a responder com mais inteligência, inovação e capacidade de entrega, o GovTech Summit se destaca por promover diálogos estratégicos sobre o futuro da gestão pública”, destaca a destaca a head do GovTech Summit, Téo Foresti Girardi, especialista e PhD em Design e Tecnologias.
Entre os nomes já confirmados estão o economista, Head do Fundo GovTech, da KPTL e Cedro Capital, Adriano Pitoli; a consultora de IA e Transformação Digital no Tony Blair Institute, com 20 anos de experiência entre governos nacionais e internacionais e o setor privado, Andrea Motta; a jornalista, historiadora e integrante do Programa Mulheres Inovadoras da Finep, Angela Medeiros; a diretora de Inovação da GNova/Enap, onde foi responsável pelo desenvolvimento do gov.br/desafios e da Estratégia de Inovação Aberta da escola, Camila Medeiros; o superintendente Estadual da Secretaria da Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação (SETIC) de Rondônia, Delner Freire; o diretor-adjunto do UK-Brazil Tech Hub, Desenvolvimento Digital, Cooperação Internacional e Gestão de Projetos, Gabriel Izaguirre; o Head of Innovation da Prodesp, Jonathan Hilander; o superintendente de Inovação e Desenvolvimento da PUCRS, Jorge Audy; o subsecretário de Tecnologia da Informação do Governo de Goiás, Márcio Cesar Pereira; o Procurador do Estado de São Paulo, Rafael Fássio; a economista, criadora do LASINDE e reconhecida em 2022 como “Govtech Groundbreaker” e “Inspiring Woman” nas áreas de contratação pública, Sandra Sinde Cantorna e o diretor-executivo do CELTA/Fundação CERTI, Tony Chierighini.
O palco principal será o espaço dedicado ao aprofundamento das trilhas de conteúdo que estruturam o evento. É nesse ambiente que o GovTech Summit 2026 também realizará a segunda edição do Prêmio GovTech Summit, reconhecendo iniciativas e soluções que vêm gerando impacto positivo na gestão pública. Ao longo dos painéis e palestras, o público terá contato com novas soluções, experiências e oportunidades para governos e startups, fortalecendo conexões e ampliando caminhos para a inovação no setor público.

No ano anterior, o GovTech Summit reuniu mais de 1600 participantes de 17 estados brasileiros, além do Distrito Federal, cerca de 70 palestrantes e 16 startups expositoras. O evento também apresentou novas oportunidades para o ecossistema de inovação no setor público, como o lançamento da GovTech Place e a assinatura de um acordo de cooperação entre Reino Unido e Brasil, e reconheceu soluções desenvolvidas para o benefício da sociedade através de sua premiação.
O GovTech Summit é uma das frentes do hub GovTech Lab, um projeto de transformação governamental. O evento é idealizado pela Moove – a primeira agência com o selo GovTech do Brasil, certificada pela BrazilLab.

The capital of Rio Grande do Sul will host the largest GovTech event in the country, which will be held at the PUCRS Events Center on June 2nd and 3rd.
The GovTech Summit, the largest gathering focused on GovTech initiatives and government transformation in the country, will bring together national and international leaders to discuss building smarter governments, on June 2nd and 3rd, 2026, at the PUCRS Events Center in Porto Alegre/RS. The event has been consolidating itself as a relevant platform for connecting and articulating the digital transformation agenda in the public sector in Brazil. The program will feature representatives from the public and private sectors from more than 10 Brazilian states, such as São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Espírito Santo, Goiás, Piauí and Rio de Janeiro, in addition to the Federal District.
“In a context where governments are called upon to respond with greater intelligence, innovation, and delivery capacity, the GovTech Summit stands out for promoting strategic dialogues about the future of public management,” highlights Téo Foresti Girardi, head of the GovTech Summit and specialist with a PhD in Design and Technologies.

The speakers will include Gabriel Izaguirre, Deputy Director of the UK-Brazil Tech Hub, Digital Development, International Cooperation and Project Management; Jonathan Hilander, Head of Innovation at Prodesp; Jorge Audy, Superintendent of Innovation and Development at PUCRS; Márcio Cesar Pereira, Undersecretary of Information Technology for the Government of Goiás; Rafael Fássio, State Attorney of São Paulo; Sandra Sinde Cantorna, economist, creator of LASINDE and recognized in 2022 as a “Govtech Groundbreaker” and “Inspiring Woman” in the areas of public procurement; and Tony Chierighini, Executive Director of CELTA/Fundação CERTI.
The main stage will be dedicated to in-depth exploration of the content tracks that structure the event. It is in this environment that the GovTech Summit 2026 will also hold the second edition of the GovTech Summit Award, recognizing initiatives and solutions that have been generating a positive impact on public management. Throughout the panels and lectures, the audience will have contact with new solutions, experiences, and opportunities for governments and startups, strengthening connections and expanding paths for innovation in the public sector.
“The GovTech Summit is an essential space for listening, reflection, and collective construction about the future of the Brazilian public sector. More than an event, it is a point of convergence between those who think, those who decide, and those who execute innovation in the State. It proposes a qualified, technical, and responsible debate on central themes of the contemporary public agenda, from digital and cybersecurity to the ethical use of data and artificial intelligence, from digital government to integrity, transparency, and modernization of management, passing through the strategic role of public procurement of innovation and the maturation of the GovTech ecosystem,” adds Téo Girardi.
Last year, the GovTech Summit brought together more than 1,600 participants from 17 Brazilian states, plus the Federal District, approximately 70 speakers, and 16 exhibiting startups. The event also presented new opportunities for the innovation ecosystem in the public sector, such as the launch of GovTech Place and the signing of a cooperation agreement between the United Kingdom and Brazil, and recognized solutions developed for the benefit of society through its awards.
The GovTech Summit is one of the initiatives of the GovTech Lab hub, a government transformation project. The event is conceived by Moove – the first agency with the GovTech seal in Brazil, certified by BrazilLab.
